01What do you need from us?

Send your PDF assembly manual, your brand name, and a product link. We’ll use the product link to find public reviews and forum threads, so the tricky steps get extra attention.

02How long does it take?

Email us your manual and we’ll confirm a delivery timeline before we start. Timing depends on the length and complexity of the assembly.

03What if a step is wrong?

If anyone finds a wrong step, we fix it free within 2 business days. Customers can use the “Stuck here” button on the QR page; that feedback goes into the next revision.

04Who owns the video?

You keep the MP4 and can use it on your own channels. If you cancel hosting, you still keep the video.

05Can it be in Spanish?

Yes. Add Spanish narration for $49 per product.

06What about our copyright?

We only use manuals you send or approve. Your manuals are used only to make your video and are deleted on request.
